Whats all this stuff about turbo engines at the moment? As in whats a turbo button, crank, head and plug? This has been bugging me for some time and I can't find any info anywhere about them  Are they any good?

A turbo engine means it uses a plug that is flush with the bottom of the head, and the threads are tapered like \ / instead of l l. Not sure about the button, and I believe that a turbo crank means that it has a fan blade looking thing indented in the end of the crank that sucks air in to go threw the ports into the chamber. Do a search on "engine moding" and you will find links to pics of the crank I'm talking about.

The button is the thing that the plug goes into. It's interchangable. You can get a turbo or standard button. It is independent of the cooling head.

did that make sense?

Also some companys will give you that option when you buy the engine all you would do is change the button. & you can also use a regular piston & sleeve on turbo motors

I beleive that the Black Pixie is one of thsoe engines that gives you the choice of a turbo or regular button. Not ROAR legal since it's a 4 port.

Thanks all, thats answered all my questions. Thanks.
