Blue Thunder actually makes a sport formula now that is great for the abuse of bashing your rc.

i've heard of eople using some side winder fule for their little saloon cars and it seems to be very good i myself use bluthunder race formula 20% and model techniques quick fire 16% my m8 uses trinity 30%

what's the difference between bashing fuel and racing fuel???

a bashing fuel has more oils in it than a racing fuel its a win...win situation a bashing fuel has the oils to keep the engines life by keeping the piston and sleeve lubed good while a racing formula is less oil which can lead to the engine having a shorter life

how come racing fuel is more expensive compare to bashing fuel???

racing fuel is more expensive because it makes the cars overall performance a little better

Hmm.... I'm using O'Donnell 20% Racing fuel. Seems like this is one of most recommened fuel among engine manufacturer.

odonell is a good fuel that was my first but I'm just skipping around to try to find something i prefer

I run the Trinity MHP 20% as well. Runs clean, cool, easy starts and with a sprits of armor all, no bubbles. It really works. I tried it with my latest gallon.

While I personally prefer Blue Thunder (or Smurf Juice as some call it), fuel is fuel. If it makes the engine go, then use it. In the end, you are the one paying for it. You are the one who has to find it, and your LHS may only carry certain kinds.

I would suggest going to your LHS and finding out what they normally supply. Then come back and ask us which of those supplied by your LHS we would prefer or recommend.

Otherwise, we may suggest a fuel that you would have to pay an arm and a leg to get shipped.

Just some food for thought...

Good idea Sky as many LHS only carry certain brands but I c Blue THunder everywhere.

FYI - BackYard basher blend by Team Sidewinder works great if you wanna run 16% oil.
