There's a place near me that does a fried plantain hollowed out like canoe and stuffed with taco meat and cheese....good stuff

Lunch today we stopped by our favorite sandwich shop. We ordered "The New Yorker" Hot Pastrami, Corned Beef, with cole slaw on it. Hella good.

I'm glad blood sausage is international
This version with buckwheat, kaszanka, is from a Polish shop but I actually prefer the simpler French variation I had in Belgium which had just more blood and fat instead
