I hear ya. You change as you get older I'm still learning that. After mom died I slowed down my fun. Mainly because the lady next door and my boy kept getting on my case.

That fried Louisiana chicken had the swat team kicking the door in at the stomach intestine border. They cleared every organ. Culprit fled out the door.

That's something that would be right up my alley. The only thing that would make it perfect for me, would be the addition of a couple of poached eggs.

Homemade char siu pork. This was my first attempt. Very tasty! Turned them into mini banh mi. Added avocado, cucumber, cilantro, and Melinda's truffle hot sauce. Wow, these were good!

You should do a foot long. In my younger days when I ate at them, I thought about taking a sub roll from Subway to McDonald's and having them make me a true Big Mac.

I used the mini sub rolls just because we had it in the house.
