Was in the area and had to stop at Socios (again) for lunch. Grilled tacos with birria meat and chili cheese fries 😁.
birria - a savory, slow-cooked meat stew from the Jalisco region of Mexico.

I want the old , not improved whopper from when they were 99 cents, or a 1.10 with cheese.

The elitists of this group don't realize, a little pot makes everything taste better.

I agree pot makes it taste better. Hell pot got me eating stuff I wouldn't dare to eat sober. 😇😝🤪

@Xraycer The people have spoken....my cooking for 1 video had no plates, no utensils, no micro greens... there was a rusty drum....people like it anyway, and over 1k have watched it in the first 5 hours. Those things are unnecessary
Neanderthals!

Burned freezer-burned frozen pizza (with a can of mushrooms)?...

The old toaster oven wouldn't fit a pizza pan, but this one does, and fits the ceramic, too? Put the ceramic in on pre-heat, but probably not long enough - crust was crispy but center wasn't. Like how the coils look purple?...

I assume there are coils on top as well...is there a way to run just the bottom set?

I'm not understanding the use of the pan in combination with the stone. The whole point of the stone is for cooking the pizza directly on a hot stone. Stones usually take +20min to get to temp, depending on its thickness.
I rarely use my pizza stone anymore. Nowadays, I just use perforated pizza pans. Just less work: doesn't require the use of a peel or getting cornmeal everywhere.
On occasions where I cook frozen pizza pies, I prefer to cook the partially frozen pie with the gas grill, directly on the grate. Here, a pizza peel comes in handy, but not a necessity.

There is, but I just used the "Pizza" setting. In my old toaster-oven I would just put it right on a rack, but that risked the cheese dripping off the edges, so thought I'd try a pan. I'm sure that I did not pre-heat the stone long enough to help, so next time I'll either heat the stone longer or just use a pan. Do have a perforated pan, but it's too large to fit in the toaster-oven.
