The 78 Trans Am from Smokey and the Bandit.

TV cars:
KARR from Knight Rider. (better paint than KITT, and voiced by Optimus Prime)
General Lee, from Dukes of Hazard.
Wheeljack from the original Transformers cartoon. (white Alitalia Lancia Stratos Turbo gr.5)
Viper Defender 1 from the first Viper series. (They screwed up Defender 2, when they put in machine guns)
Coyote from Hardcastle & McCormic.
The flying lowrider from MANTIS gets honorable mention.
