Yes it is an old AE GT
I love those old pans. I'm not to sure if all the new parts will fit but your LHS will be able to help you.

I would love to see that oldie built up and running.

OK Thanks Ed...... It needs a diff rebuild, electronics,Reciever mount,Throttle servo mount, Half of an engine mount,tank, and a body Oh I forgot engine +clutch assembly.. but other than that it's in good shape.... has RPM Ballcups, and Arms all around and one CVD and one universal shaft.......

On another note have you ever heard of proline "stubbie T" tires????
