Other than price what is the difference between Ofna's Diff-Lock Oil and Associated Diff Fluid



Are their advantages/disadvantages to either one?

Should be no difference. They are both measured in weight/viscosity rating. The heavier the weight, the more 'locked' the diff will become. I use all OFNA fluids in my buggies and MT's.

You are referencing the OFNA Diff Silicones right?

Yes the Diff Silicone. I was wondering because in previous pics the fluid in the differentials looks thin almost like water. I have the Associated 30K and its super thick like honey. Although Ofna's bottle states "oil" and Associated states "fluid" I wasn't sure they both meant the same thing.

By the way how many fluid ounces is in the Ofna?
