THS is a nice pipe. I run it on my revo and have had good luck with it.

the BEST is going to be a ERCM pipe but it is going to be almost 3x the cost of that THS pipe but you get what you pay for.

where can i look @ the ERCM?i don't really care for top speed.i do alot of rock, hill climbing.so i need a pipe thats for low-mid range power band.

If you are considering the ERCM I would suggest emailing or calling first and talk to them about what your going to be using the rig for and see if they can tune the pipe to that application for you.

Here is a ercm small block pipe on a revo with a stock 3.3 with 4 gallons of racing on it. The engine was a little tired but woke right up with the addition of the pipe.

thats sick.how did you get the video to post?i've tried everything to post mine.i have youtube, photobucket accounts and still can't get them to do right.

i'm gonna tig me a pipe off ecrm design.will have pic's later

You may want to think twice about that. Simply looking at a pipe and making a similar one is not going to be a very good idea. These pipes are actually a very crucial part to getting your engine running properly and unless you understand all of the intricacies involved with building one you will probably have less than desirable results.

no not stealing ur design.i ment how the exspanson chamber is long tappered to create more back presure.lower power band.yeah i guess for the $ it would be better just to buy 1 from you but i have a $34,000 edu. on motorcycles, dynojet certified, phd screaming eagle 3,suzuki gold master tech.i machine parts all the time,i operate the flow jet @ the shop i work at.and build 240 hp busa motors.i just like to try diff. stuff.good with my hands.what bout putting a butterfly in the pipe like on the suzuki it creates more back presure @low rpm and as you get on the throttle it opens up for top speed.i just like too think out side the box buddy by no means trying too steal ur design.they look killer with the laser ingraving though.

Fair enough, I have no issue with that, your post could be interpreted in many ways. As for the design, I have 13+ years of R&D put into my pipes so they could meet my expectations. The cone angles, volume and length have been fine tuned to help land based engines perform to their full potential, power from the bottom to the top of the rpm range. Back-pressure on these pipes is dictated by the stinger's ID and length, the cone angles, length and volume will dictate how and where the power band is most productive. Adding anything to the inside of the pipe would only reduce the exhaust pulses effectiveness by disturbing and weakening the pulse itself, they don't operate the same as a four stroke pipe at all when it comes to back-pressure. Have fun with the project, it took me a long time to acquire the right tools and techniques to make the job more easy, and if all else fails, you know where to get the original ERCM pipe :)

thanks,i think i'll just order 1 from you.save me the hassle.what you said makes perfect sense.how long will it take to get 1 of ur pipes?so in theory if the ID of stinger is small more b.p larger less b.p and the lenth would dictate rate of flow.short less b.p long more b.p.

If you order one before monday I could have it in the mail by friday. As for your questions, it's not really as simple as that and to answer it properly would be a small novel lol. If you want to PM me your # I could give you a shout and give you the breakdown, I could spend a day typing it all out lol.
