I was looking in an RCUniverse discussion and found this it talks about how to make reusable glow plugs

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_1508802/mpage_1/key_/anchor/tm.htm#1508802

I would be afraid to do that though because if the glowplug broke than wouldn't you be paying 70 bucks for a new piston and sleeve and for the sake of what? $2.00 I just wanted to know what your thoughts were on the subject.

Its just me but I think I would just toss the plug and install a new one. I think it would save you from less headaches when you are trying to troubleshoot a problem with the engine.

I would also like to know where you are getting your plugs. Both of my LHS charge between $5 and $7 for an OS plug.

nevermind about saying they cost $2.00 i was exagerating I get them from hobbytown for $4.00. But what do you think

U can get 2 dollar Glows at your LHSif u buya sheet of them, just ask they can hook u up. ma pa shops only
