it's about 35 degrees here in seattle.my 2.5 takes a little while to warm up,then it runs perfect.it even wheelies.briefly after that it loses it,s low end punch.I'm running t-maxx 33%. LSN is a little out from flush. HSN is 4 1/2 out.sorry;i dont know what the engine temps are.

Sounds like it's leaning out. Either needs tuned or there's an air leak. You may need to wrap the head to build heat, then richen it up some more.

I agree with MM. That's typical winter running tune. You try and lean it to get it to run right, then it runs too lean. Best to wrap the head and run a bit rich, while not expecting top performance out of it until the temps outside warm up a bit.

what do you wrap the head with? foil? jw cus i have never had to do that. it doesn't really ever get cold here where i live.

Foil works fine. If its not wet out, I use the top of a baby sock. However, if there is snow, I use something like foil so it sheds the water instead of holding it against the head.
