I've been mulling over what to buy. I have a Tmaxx. I've been looking at a few. Was interested in a buggy but have been looking into a Stadium Truck. I'd like to make sure I can race it. So, I was wondering what the min. requirements are to race one? I might like to rip around on grass or dirt as well. Hard to know what to buy.

Also, what's the difference between a truggy and a stadium truck?

Truggy is a 1/8th scale buggy on steriods, basically. It has a direct-drive-style drivetrain (no gear box, just a clutch/spur/triple diff setup), and is 4wd.

A Stadium truck, on the other hand, has a gearbox, and is usually 2wd, altho there are exceptions (HPI's trucks, for example).

Then that makes it easier, thanks Heartbreak. I'd rather have a truggy then.

Top Racers is the Teamlosi AD2 and RC10GT. Persionaly i have the AD2 and love it. There is a .12 3 port rule but they are finally allowing turbo engines. .12 3 port is just fine with these things :) I use the O.S. TZ 3port turbo and just ask anyone its a badass engine  As of the Rush i wouldent go towards that there is no after market support and u just can't beat the sucess the RC10 and the Team Losi have.
