what are sum good tires for the rc10 gt

i want more traction than the stock tires, they seem more for on-road. i want good tiresd that wil fit my car nice and good traction for mainly hard dirt and loose, still good for a little street action and maybe sumtimes get traction in snow ya no? ok thanks guys. and how do you get a batterie pack to stay in for you're rc10 mine always falls out and ruuns away! ok thanks
