As a matter of a fact you can normally judge their intelligence that way....they think being louder makes up for being dumber. I watched a chick in the parking lot of a club get dropped by a guy for getting up in his face yelling...pushing him asking him if he was a "big Man" and you wanna fight well fight me you "p****" Well he did....one shot and then everything went quiet. Then people started clapping. Almost brought a tear to my eye.

I've also used the testicular squeeze tactic when grappling onto the ground. People have to remember, we have gun (or in many officers cases as mine, gunS) taser, baton, OC, handcuffs, 2lb radio, radio command mic (with wire that can be used to choke us out) as well as knives, pens, flashlights...... all that crap that can be grabbed and used against us. People dont have rules when fighting on the side of the rd like we do, but sometimes you just gotta fight dirty.
