So I was at my LHS today and someone brought in some Slash wheels with some Proline Switch tires that wouldn't fit the inner side of the wheel. The measurement was 1.75"x 4.3" and the outside (2.2 side of wheel) fit fine but the inner (3.0 side of wheel) was bunched up like it was smaller than 3.0. Do any of you guys know whats up with these?

Pictures? I'm not really sure what you mean, they should fit unless you got a bad mold.

Nevermind, just re-read your post and realized they weren't yours.

They were probably stock Traxxas wheels, and I think they are different from other SC wheels.

I believe the Traxxas wheels are the normal 2.2"x3.0" SC size.

These tires your talking about, just a different tread, are designed for use with proline beadloc wheels. They are 2.2/3.0 tires.

The one's in the link are 2.2"x3.0", the ones I'm talking about are a different size. I can find the same tread in the legacy section but it's either 2.2" or the normal 2.2"x3.0". I just don't know where this size came from.
