Hey everybody I have been seeing a lot of people the last couple days wanting to know how to water proof their electronics, so I wrote a quick article, it is located at here
 
Nicely outlined, Maxx. I bought a set of ProLine's MaxxPaddles that I haven't tried yet. (In the middle of a .21 conversion.) I may have to do this.
 
I would highly suggest doing this if you plan on running on the sand! I ran mine on the sand with this mod and didn't have a single issue with my electronics, however my girlfriend's truck that did not have this done to it, had her steering servo packed with sand, big time bummer!:OMG:
 
Great article man. I'm going to have to try that. I always thought that when you made the hole in the balloon, it would just split completely.

I saw that done in a film once... lol
