anyone no if theres a way to water proof a revo 3.3? cause i no i shouldnt get water in the air filter or itll mess up my engine right?

more than likely it will just kill your engine(stop running) but there is no way you can water proof it. if water can't get through then nether can air and you have to have air to run

You can't water proof a nitro. You can waterproof your servos, but if too much water hits your engine while its hot it will be toast. As for getting water in the water filter if your just running through puddles the air filter oil should repel any water that my splash on it. You can also waterproof your receiver. Since you dont need to make it 100% water proof I suggest putting it inside of a balloon and zip tie it closed around the wires. Thats about as water proof as you can make a nitro.

This sounds silly, but I prefer to use condoms over baloons, for the condom is transparent allowing you to spot any moisture that has gotten in and any lights on the rx are well visible. I unroll the rubber and wash and dry if its lubed, then stuff as much length of wire and things in it with a ziptied end, works great. Just friend my throttle servo so I think I am done in the water/snow...
