ill send you an old torn down s25 for $20 shipped. P/S/rod are shot, but the rest is fine. if you wanted to use the block it would have to be flushed first.

sorry dont have just the parts but i have a complete s.25 i can let go for 50 shipped

it has a sleave ported by a member here ....has great top end but was lacking on the bottom at least to me ......it has less than 2 gallons probily closer to 1-3/4 ...runs great & comes with rotostart backplate
