Man, kudos to Godale and Rancher...awesome jobs, fellas! It's an honor to have done as well as I did, because I didn't figure I would!

Truthfully, I didn't know there was a prize involved, I thought it was more for bragging rights, but if there happens to be one, by all means let my 1/3 go to Rancher, because he's getting up there in years and all and he may not be able to paint as well in the future! Personally, I think he stuffed the box by adding a picture of a female pee pee!

Again, congrats fellas! Awesome work by everyone!

Thanks Digger, yes I do! Being the son of a Naval Captain, you either respect your elders or you get the snot knocked out of you! I chose the former rather than the latter and it has served me well throughout life!

Actually mod's., if Rancher agrees with me, I think our friend godale should get the prize, whatever it may be, in its entirety as he is getting married shortly and it may be the last cool gift he ever sees! Rancher, you with me on this one?

Wow, guys, I don't know what to say..... I have never actually ever won anything from a contest. I have one a door prize or too, but never won anything like this before. I still can't believe that my paint job compared with you guys. I thought your lids rocked! Everyone that entered a lid is a winner in my book. Thank you guys.... that is probably the nicest and most generous thing that anyone has ever done for me before. I am proud to call you guys friends. Of course if you still would like to split the prize, I have no problems with that either. I didn't even know that there was a prize involved... I thought we were just going for bragging rights. This place is truly the best place on the net. Thanks again guys.... as Digger put it... you guys really do Rock!

You are right about being able to pick a compainion to spend the rest of my life with. It is a great feeling let me tell you. You are also right about the friends here... I have to say you guys here at RCNT are the best, and I am truly thankful and honored to call you guys friends.

Thank you again for your generousity and kindness. It is really overwhelming to think of the awesome friendships I have made here. I don't know what to say.... I would like to thank my producer... my Mom and Dad... God, oh yeah and Elvis! That is a really wonderful sentimate. You guys rock! I really had a great time painting the lid and I look forward to being able to compete in the next competition.

I was just looking at my lid from this contest... You guys think it looked sad freshly painted...NOW after an entire season she is sufficiently TRASHED. Pleanty of frankenstein zip tie fixes, crack, scuffs, etc.

Anybody else still have theri lid from this contest and what shape is it in???
