Welcome fellow veteran !Hi all,
"Recent" veteran and newby to the site and RC's in general. I was a combat medic (68W) in the US Army from Feb '08 to Nov '17, then the same MOS for another four years in the Army Reserves while I used the GI bill. I separated from the reserves in Nov '21, and graduated a month later.
First duty station was Ft. Stewart with 3rd ID as a line medic for a tanker platoon and deployed to Iraq with them in 2010. PCS'd to Ft. Carson and worked at the hospital in the emergency department, then PCS'd to Camp Casey, Korea for an unaccompanied tour in 2013. I was able to get back to Ft. Carson, this time with 4th ID as a senior line medic for a field artillery unit. I deployed with them in 2016 to Afghanistan, then decided my time was done.
