Venom Temp meter Question

I have a onboard venom temp meter, and had a question. I was driving around one day and got everything tuned in perfect. Was a steady 265F. Anyway, the next day I went out, was going to run it, so I turned the temp meter on, and all I got was bars across the screen. So I thought maybe it wasn't warm enough for it, so I ran it for a while, and stopped to check it and it was still straight bars across it. I looked for a reset button, but couldnt find any. I have it mounted with double sided tape, and its on securly and hasnt been jumped or anything.. Anyone know whats causeing this or what the deal is?

I dunno but I had all sorts of problems w/ mine before it finally quit for good, IMO, the venom temp gauge is a P.O.S.

I had one do the same thing. Venom replaced it free of charge.

Ok cool. Thats good to hear anyway. I sent em a email, so It shouldnt be to long for a responce. Hows it been working since Rob?

I have 6 six of them and I have only had a problem with 1. The replacement works like it is supposed to.
