I just got this setup board.
When mounting the gauges are you supposed to remove the wheel hexes? My guess is no.
When I put the gauges on the axles (on top of the hexes) there is some play in the gauges. I can move them around a bit left/right and up/down on the axle. This can cause inaccurate readings. How do people handle this?

The problem is the wheel nuts that came with the kit. They are standard threaded for NTC3 axles and they do not thread all the way up my axles. I need the optional 4mm axle nuts. In the meantime I put washers in between the wheel hexes and the gauges to take up the slack.
I checked the settings I made with my dirt cheap RPM gauges and I found them to be nearly perfect.
