Hey all, I'm a noob to nitro rc's. I just bought a used Revo 3.3. He said it had been sitting in the garage for 6 months. I am having trouble starting it. I put in a new glow plug, charged the batteries, and flushed the engine. When I try to start it with the EZ starter, it just turns over but doesn't start. So, I fiddled with the carb setting and it started but stalled when I accelerated. I then messed with it again and now it won't start anymore. What should I do? Did I get ripped off? Or am I tuning the engine wrong?
Also, when the directions say 4 turns for the HSN, is every turn 360 or 180 degrees?
Thanks

360 is a full turn, sounds like LSN is too rich. and id prob turn the HSN in 1/2 turn lean. thats how i have mind. and if u flood it with fuel youll have to remove glow plug and turn it upside down and pull the engine over a few times to get fuel out, put glow plug back in and should fire up

omg my friend just got a used mach .26 and it was also sitting for awhile and it would not start... so i messed around with the tuning and it did the same stalling crap, so he took it home, tore apart the carb and cleaned it all out and it started first pull the next day and ran great.... so this is most likely your problem

hope this helps:D
