upgraded engine for team associated GT2?

I was wondering if I could upgrade my engine in my GT2 to something bigger without it breaking other parts?i have the stock engine on it right now.its some sort of .15 I think

Also what engine would you recommend if I could do it

I put an O.S. 18cv-r into my hpi firestorm(also a 1/10th scale stadium truck). 1.3hp and it doesn't break the bank to bad.

Did it break any parts from having too much power?
