Sorted my old box of T-Maxx parts last night, along with my leftover Kyosho big bore shocks. I have about 75% of a truck here :) Don't really want to spend money on it, since I've spent this Winter on two other projects, but if I see the parts I need cheap on Ebay I'll gradually snatch them. Will definitely make a good beater truck :D Maybe I should make a Monster Jam Zombie body for it, lol.

It can be a little overwhelming at times. that looks like a fun build. we all know your going to do it so keep us posted.

very excited to see this one come to life! defnitely think the Zombie body would be quite fitting, either that or do a Frankenstein's Monster themed body lol.

Kinda coming together...got a bunch of cheap stock parts coming in to complete it(I think). Yeah I know I have to take the front bulkheads off to put the diff in, just wanted to see what I had screw-wise, etc.

Also made a water putty form of an F150 :) Some cracks formed when it dried, but that's ok, will fill and sand. The front will receive a lot of sanding and reshaping. Will cut off the bed some as well. Why....(?)

These molds should be a clue :D :D

Lots of progress now that I am hiding out in my bunker :) (yeah I know the front wheels are on backwards!)

Only short a few items, fuel tank, turnbuckles(half tempted to just craft some), clutch bell, rear body posts, on/off switch, ez-start wiring, and throttle/brake linkage. Feels kinda nice with those Kyosho big bore shocks on there. Overall it also feels like a feather compared to my alloy Tmaxx :)

I also made a body...it's a little washed out color wise, I need to up the contrast on the printed sheets, but it's ok I guess. Waiting on the 3d printed molds for the rubber arms to come in(my 3d printer is on the fritz, gonna attempt to fix today). Mounted it on my alloy version to see how it looked.
