I got these in a trade. They were mixed into a pile of tmaxx parts I got. The bars were in a baggie and look brand new and unused. Hardware was included. The blue pieces are aluminum but I have no clue of what these things are

Really heavy duty sway bars? Nerf bars for the sides of the chassis? I know nothing about the T-Maxx though.
