RC Driving Style
i was just wondering if they make underbody lights for r/c's just like real cars. i think it would really look cool if i were driving in the night with the lights on.

I can't see spending 30 to 50 bucks to have them fall off or break in action. Plus the 9volt is not to lite.

ebay has them for like 8 bucks. Who drives at night??

Night driving is fun, you just have to make sure there aren't any surprises where you are running. I used to tape mini-mags to the top of the body and run in a ball field, what a blast.

When it gets to 115 degrees in Arizona, we run at night with lights. You can't go bashing ina field, but we can run in the street at 9:00 at night.

When I was younger I used to take 4 christmas lights and run them under my plastic models, front back and both sides and it worked well.

Well I don't have an underbody light kit, but I do have headlights and tailights. It's a real trip to run the car at night. You can still see the car, but it's like being high, you're just behind on your driving.

You also can't go as fast since your reaction times are A LOT slower. Although it is a trip to see the headlights move as the car turns.

I've never done it. I run into to much stuff in the daylight..lol Street cars would be different though. Thatd be sweet driving a street Rc under the lights in a town or something.

Alot of people use my running light system, with the 3 amber lights on each side, under the body. I've seena lot of tourign cars set-up like that.
