I have to say hpi savages realllyyyy do live up to thier bashing title I flipped rolled crashed smacked into everything today after I broke in my new savage x4.6 .... Not a thing broke and I went down harddddd on it... I love it and reccomend for anyone looking for a basher:)

We made a Dirtbike jump from the dirt from when we had our pool put in and the jump is between two trees and I didn't get the truck centered on the ramp and it smashed into thw tree... Nothin broke!!! My old tmaxx wouldve been in pieces

I've always compared the maxx and savage to football players. The maxx being more like a running back or even a quarterback, and the savage being a lineman.

Theres a reason its been king of the bashers for a long time. I can't wait to get my Savage X SS built. I used to have a 2.5 but I retired it awhile back. I miss having my savage :) I found that my LST2 and XXL are really durable bashers too once you upgrade to RPM Arms. They arent quite as durable as Savages but theyre faster and more nimble.
