Ugh.. More snow..

Heres a couple shots I took off the porch a few minutes ago.. Last weekend we got 14" between Fri and Sat, and then today we got another 6" and then overnight were expecting another 14-18".... ugh.. I spent most the day so far snowblowing out the drive way and getting the neighbors snowmobile going (while mine sits on a trailor in the garage..). From inside the house, you can't even see the mailbox (Which is about 25 yards away) its snowing so hard..

(Check out the trap my dad made hanging in the front tree..lol.. He wants it to get rusty so it looks "vintage". Its over 6 feet long, and 3 feet across!)

Thats sweet. I wish we could get some freakin rain down here in Cali but its dry as a bone. Get some padles and go out and play in it lol.

Its been super niice here the past week. 27-35 all week. We are supposed to get 4-8 inches tomorrow, but if the heat keeps up it won't last long!

Man Spring has arrived here in WV...

I followed a young little chicky-baby last Saturday through the supermarket...

She had on a heavycoat, shorts and bright white running shoes...

We will still have cold days, probably a little more snow..... but the shorts are coming out of the closet.....Yummmy!!!

Mr.T had to remind everyone of the ladies showing their legs, and other bodyparts. Now, WV may be attractive in terms of that, but Maine?

But believe me: It could keep snowing forever... once the shorts come out, some males up here go on a natural diet! Mrs. Dunkin Donuts chasing her 9 kids over the parkinglot, to make sure they are stowed away in the 1992 Ford Explorer (Eddy Bauer Collection, on sale back then for $9999.99) before Mrs. Burgerking gets run over by Heavyweight Champion Mrs. McDonalds.
Oh, did I mention that Mrs. Burgerking weighs 400 pounds and has been state champion 1989,1990,1991,1992,1993,1994,1999,2005,2006, and recertified because she was in the hospital for some invasive gastroblahblah for 1995 to 2004!?

Naw, keep it cold, just a little longer.

I hear you.....we have been snowed in as of late as well.....but it is breaking just now.....that 14 to 18 inches you are getting just past over us......Spring is coming.....spring is coming....

we got 15" last fri-sat and we just got another 3-4" last night followed by an inch of sleet this morning and now it is lightning and snowing, another 4-6" by friday morning. I'm ready to be done with the snow for the year even though we have gotten very little this year compared to others.

I'm not real sure where winona county is.. I'm about a hour north of the Twin cities, and about 15 minutes east of St.Cloud..

After I asked I got off my lazy but and checked the atlas. Winona is on the river about a 2hr drive south of the cities. I have a sister living in Millville, and the rest of the family is in the Fountain City Wi area.

Must be kinda close to Owatonna then huh?? I go to the cabelas store then now and then.. Place is amazing!

If you were to go directly West from there to the river, then you would hit Winona. Owatonna looks like it would be a couple hours drive away. Anyway, I grew up in a small town within the county that if you blinked you would miss.

It's been 80+ here for the past couple of weeks. It has been raining off and on though...

Before last Thursday our total accumilation for the year was 9". So we had some making up to do apparently. Its actually not all to bad I guess. The temps are at least decent. If it was below zero with the snow, then thatd really suck. This way it at least isnt so bad having to shovel and snowblow. Plus tomorrow I think Ill pull the snowmobile out and get that cranked up.

But yeah, it definatly sucks R/c wise.. I get to sit and stare at the new buggy and just twiddle my thumbs..

I'm with everybody else... I'm sick of snow minus the snowboarding factor. Snowboarding is sooo f'ing amazing... going up this sunday (Mt. Hood) again, supposed to be awesome. I've been going the past what... 8-9 weeks in a row. When I'm not snowboarding, I'm skating, and when I'm not skateboarding, I'm playing guitar, and rc fits in there somewhere haha.

A couple months ago we got so much snow in our high elevation neighborhood, and our hills were steep enough to snowboard down each hill. Best day of the whole year right there. Each hill is like a 5 min run too! (yeah, i walked like 5 miles that day lol)
