Keep your eye on the listings. UFC replays a lot of their stuff on SPIKE TV after a little while. Last night's card was on PayPerView, but it will be on SPIKE soon enough.

Thursday nights on Spike starting at 9:00pm (eastern) is UFC Unleashed, which is basically old fights anywhere from about UFC 23, the Ultimate Fight Nights and such. Sometimes older if they are highlighting someone in particular but 23 is around when Zuffa bought UFC. At 10:00pm is when The Ultimate Fighter tv show comes on, there's only been one episode so far that didn't have a fight at the end of the show. UFC Unleashed is usually replayed at various points throughout the week. Also if MMA grabs you, there is IFL and Pride FC on FoxSports Network on sunday nights. Tonight both IFL and Pride will be on FoxSports Midwest.

Hughes owned Gracie last night! I can't believe he didn't pop the capsule when he had him in that armbar. That was insane. I've been in that position and it hurts like all hell before you even get to that point. Royce is a legend and it was cool to see him get back in the octogon but he by no means put on the type of fight he was paid to do. Hughes said in an interview that Royce was getting like $1.3 million for the fight, nowhere near the pay day Matt gets, which is about $55K to show and $55K win bonus. He got more than that but wouldn't say for this fight. $1.3 million is a Pride payout. To top it off, I'd be really suprised if Spencer Fisher or Mike Swick pulled in more than$6K each including win bonus'.

I thought hughs let gracie out of that before he had to pop his arm......good call though I like the fight too but no sense in maiming the guy for a few bucks...gracie would have just kept going like the old days it looked like.....I couldn't get anyone else to take the bet on the fight so I only made 50......went pretty much how I expected it to go....gracie realizing his (matt's) ground game is better than he expected and just had no clue what he was up against.....next fight is the one to atch.....I never liked Sham-Rock and Ortiz is gonna send him to the hospital this time.....

Wow that is harsh, I don't hate him at all....the guy has skill for sure but he's not up to the level of the newer guys fighting.....hughs said it best about the well rounded fighter will dominate.......Gracie BJJ is so one sided and other than defending takedowns (sprawling) doesn't focus on defense much other than grappling, if a guy can sprawl and brawl he has a good chance at taking the gracie styles out......I know I had 1.5 years at their Ft. lauderdale school......very money oriented and if you aren't brazilian they treat you like dirt.....

Very well put Plaid, they are very money oriented, worse than Rampage or Tito. I've been by the school in Torrance and got that impression. Matt is just such a well rounded fighter and he's freakishly strong.

the school I went to was not a gracie family unschool but was run by so Pablo "Povo-bitch", he was just a gracie taught black belt who opened his own school.....I didn't really have an issue w/ them but my friend at the time (now roomate) was going as well....he is a much better fighter and was going to more advanced classes and rolling w/ them.....after he was using other techniques they got pissy and told him to stay in the lower class til he tested and blah blah blah....so instead of rewarding him they did that.....he quit and I just didn't like the feeling I got there anymore and w/ that much testosterone, mixed w/ alot of stupidity it's just better to call it quits....but we still had to pay out the remaining contracts....
