TX Problems

My little brothers XP2 Team Associated Radio (RC18MT) has big problems. The radio beeps when ever it is tunned on and the throtle trigger does not work, the steering works but not the throttle. I have checked all the wires and ESC and I have switched my radio w/ my brothers and now everything works great. What is wrong? Should he buy a new radio. we have had it for like 3 weeks and he has drivin it 5 times. :shrug:

warrantee issue sounds like call AE direct....LHS take their time on returns alot of time.....just got to AE's site and look for contact info and call them for help....
