Well, i got this Collari set back to standard settings and wow do they make em rich, was 2 full turns in before it would even idle. Once i got it happy though it ran like a champ. Was spinning the tires at 245 and for the Collari that's low temp. I need to pick up a nova head for it, 250s scare me...

1. What weight shock oil do you guys run on a 4 shock set up?

2. Could my shift point have backed it's self out?
The collari seems to put out a lot more power than the S-25 however the S-25 would put out the RPMs to shift into second gear. This has me confused.

You sure it isn't shifting but now with the extra power it's making the slipper slip so you can't hear the shift? Or maybe the extra power toasted your 2 speed.

I will have to crack open the tranny and find out...Good suggestion! Thanks olds.

I noticed that a lot on my revo when I installed the 18TM. It was going fast, but I didn't hear it shift and the RPM's sounded weird. Like it was winding out but not getting the surge in speed like I was hoping for... then I realize the slipper was slipping. I tightened it up and it took off like a raped ape!

Any advice on adjusting the slipper?
Also the car has been making a weird winding noise at high speeds, i have never heard this noise before.

i just cranked my slipper full down when i got my .27. and if you have not already make sure you have your cb/spur ratio you want prior to readjusting the shift point...if you even shift anymore...idk what the shifting thing is. Before i put my .27 in i installed the HD 2nd gear mod and it was hard to here it shift anymore. Try going 1/3 or 1/2 throttle and try to hear it shift...thats what i did...hope this helps
