I totally agree. I come from a family full of business men and women, and they have worked their entire lives to instill the values of good customer service in their employees and their families. I often pay a little more to buy something that is a quality part from a company who acts like they care about having me as a customer. So far, Team Fast Eddy, Maxamps.com, and East End Machining have offered the best customer service in the industry, and this is in dealing with them, not just clicking "checkout" and getting the items. I judge the service by what happens when I need a part that's out of stock everywhere else, or what happens when the part arrives damaged, or when I need a part in three days for a big comp (East End and Maxamps both pulled that off this past week.) I've had to deal with integy customer service, and never have I been told so blatantly that a company cares nothing about me or the money that I spend with them. And to this day, I haven't bought an integy part, and I most likely never will. I don't even buy rigs anymore if they have integy parts. When companies treat me good, I'll go to bat for them everytime. When they treat me bad, I wouldn't piss in their concession stand if it was on fire.
