I'm thinking of putting 2 engines in my mugen mbx 4 rr. i really hate to say it, but most of the time i use it on road. I think i would just buy a 3mm thick piece of aluminum and make my own chassis. What do u guys think of this idea?

Hmmm do it and let's see pics. personal opinon is it ruins the fact that it is a buggy to use it onroad.

why whould you take a fine buggy and do that to it.if you want to make a twin motor ride do it to a mt. for street use.don't kill a buggy what did it do to you lol.....

the mbx4 has the perfect layout for it and i would make my own chassis so i could still keep the older single engine layout chassis. I would center the driveshaft on the chassis and have an engine on both sides. i would use like a 22t clutch bell and maybe i would raise the center diff so i could have the engines near the center? what do u guys think about all this

Hey man whatever you wanna do. I know twin engine conversions are starting to be the next big thing so I say why not. By the way where ya from in Oregon?? I am as well from there.

i live in west linn

i would like to use the tc3 chassis but i think it uses too big of a clutch bell but are there any others with the same type layout that use a small clutch bell?

by the way how do u like your picco .26? i just may have to buy a couple of those =devil

I saw a thread on another forum from a guy that did this to his buggy....it looked pretty sweet. He had to make a lot of custom parts for it to work right. I don't remember where I saw it though.

hmmm if someone has already done it i might just use a sedan then and anyone think of one that would work good?

nevermind I'm gunna go with the mbx! ill come back in a year when I'm done
