Its been about 80 or 90 degrees latley where i live, and my truck has been running fine. But now it has gotten a lot colder and its about 50 degrees now, and my truck is still running the same, but i was just wondering if it is necessary to tune it agin for the cold wheather.

As long as it's running good, you don't need to change anything. If you're seeing less smoke due to less fuel mixing with cooler denser air, then you need to richen it. There's always the tin foil on the head to keep it a little warmer, or the cuff of a baby sock.
