Tune Question

Finally got the starter and fuel for the revo yesterday.
I went to,20% nitro and old owner ran 15% and now it doesn't seem to want to change to second gear.
I read somewhere it would need retuned after goin up in nitro % but can't find that article now.

Has steady stream of blue smoke but not like a lot.

Now only problem is keeping the front tires on the ground and the extra crappy long travel setup that was installed before I got it and tires all ripping the beads off.
