Hmmm, so I was testing it and plugged the lights, I have the whole pro scale kit, a few seconds after plugging it the lights just shut off. Is that a common thing when you upgrade to furitek? The same thing happened to the K10 but I didn’t care because I switched the body to the IR60.

Also, the next and last upgrade will be the meus metal axles.

The light kit requires the ESC as it has a built in controller.

There are aftermarket manufacturers who make conversion kits to reuse the lights. There might be others who make these but I have used HeyOk Performance

I went with the auto dimming one, it's $35.

Poke around and see if you can find something for less

Another option would be to remove it and make your own light kit.

Or…I can just use an injora light kit. All I want is lights but I don’t care about blinking lights and none of that.

And, I think I’m done. Maybe a better servo later on but it has the one with metal gears. I like these injora diamond axles. I’m taking it to shadowhawk mountain on the weekend.

That thing must weigh 4 lbs with all that metal on there.
