trouble with a new 3.3 engine

i have a brand new 3.3 fitted into a 2.5 tmaxx, i can get it started but when i pull the glow starter it quits, i have all the needles set to factory, what should i do, i need to break in this motor

could be just as simple as a weak glow plug?

bad glow plug,wrong glow plug,you will go throu a couple of them breaking in a new engine.I had the same problem on a couple of my engines and i changed the plug and zoom.

Turn the lsn in about 1/4 turn and warm up the engine with a hair dryer/heat gun before you start it. Once you get it running and warmed up you may have to re-adjust the lsn slightly.
