Trouble W/ my stampede

I'm new to the whole rc thing but i know the pede thike its the back of my hand . I have 2 motors one is a epic 15t and the other is the stock titian. nither notor seems to have little if any power at full throttle. Even with 7.2v pack (peaked) and plug them in. everything else works. What do i do (P.S. could my vision 2 peak charger have fries my batts???)

are you discharging (cycling) your batteries? The charger should be fine, but after a while of not discharging nicd's or nimh's, they will develop a 'memory' and not take a charge.

Basically you have to buy new batteries and get a lightbar discharger, or if you have side by side packs, get a battery tray (like the tekin battery doctor). Try discharging your current packs when you get a discharger, but dont expect them to work:constipat

Do you mean no power or SPEED. Aside from the fact you can't expect the Titan to have much performance, are you sure the ESC isnt in 'Training Mode' which only gives you 50% throttle?
