I just got a great deal on this lathe.
When I got it there was no users manual.
I'm a freak about having the documentation for all my goodies but can't find this on-line.

Does anyone have a link or have a manual I can purchase or pay to have you send me a copy.

Thanks,
Ed.

uh oh. he's becoming an electric convert because he has taken the plunge. has someone showed you how to true a comm yet? a fellow racer showed me how to rebuild motors.

BTW what battery matcher did you purchase your batteries from? also what class are you racing your TC3?

At this point I’m running in stock class. I’m a great builder and techno freak but lack in my driving skills. I dive in and become knowledgeable in every aspect I can. The end result is having to race.

My LHS has a matcher and has shown me how to true the comm. I have a plethora of great electric racers here to help me out. I'm open to seeing and learning different ways to do things if you have any input.

i would suggest getting a professionally tuned stock motor. that way all you have to do is retrue the comm and change the brushes. everything is done for your at an economical price.

I was just hunting for that link to post. Its one of the better sites out there for this kind of info.

Trinity e-mailed me the direction sheet today.
Its interesting that their tech support is only open 1 hour each day.

hey ed... I'm really noticing that my brothers motor is getting a lot slower. He has about 14 runs on it and i think its time to cut the comms. How much does it cost to get them cut? and where can he do this?

A good LHS should have this as a servise. Most places charge 5-7.00 If not, get a lathe and beg for used motors to practice on. :D
