Trinity Final run solution

Ok, so I'm up this morning and realize i can't run the Savage for a while, so I get out the after run oil (trinity).

I pop the cap off, and I can't help but recognize the fumes..It's the same smell as WD-40. Almost, if not completely identical.

I know WD-40 is no good for rubber seals..anyone else find thesimilaroties between the two?

I don;t want to use trinity if it has the same rubber drying components as the ole' WD-40 not to mention WD is only $2 a can lol..

Anyone else use it? Anyone else make that comparision?

Interesting... I've never used the Trinity. I've used Prather ARO and Revolution Engines Blue Block Rust Inhibitor, and they've both worked great. My LHS doesn't sell the trinity, but they sell an ARO called Panther, and that stuff is the same as Marvel Mystery Oil.

I use hobbico ARO and it looks and smells like 1:1 automatic transmision fluid.

Never seen it from Trinity. I use the same as above from Hobbico, red like trans fluid.
