I use the 30% and it's pretty kick-ass. My temps ran a little higher than normal, but the performance above the Monster HP fuel was noticeable.
I think the oil content is only 8%. The claim is that they use higher grade synthetics so they can run less oil with the same lubrication protection.
It's more of a race fuel. You won't get as long of engine life, but you'll get more performance.
