are traxxas water proof servos cheap pieces of junk and low quality or are they good

water resistant is more appropriate a term. i ve yet to see a stock waterproof servo from anyone.

imo, traxxas servos are good for a spare if its all you got.
good servos are a great investment over most any stock servo, regardless of manufacturer.

Oh yeah I agree with you Timmahh (living a lie) water proof...no...I have proof of that. I like Hitec servos....less expensive than a lot and they have never let me down. Very solid

does plasti dip ahve a very thick viscosity?

yes .........you can also use the plasti dip spray it alot thinner....i just like the dip becuase it a little bit more reliable

You can water the dip down. I did 50/50 dip/naptha. Worked a lot better I thought.
