Traxxas TRX4 Transmission rebuilt

I just tore down and rebuilt my Traxxas TRX4 transmission and it runs and drives like normal other than I have to release the throttle for it to switch into high or low gear. Prior it would switch back and forth at full throttle. It’s not a huge deal just curious what I could have done in the rebuild that would cause this.

You had better luck than I had I always stop to shift my transmission so that I don't break anything. It is a good habit to get into
