traxxas sport horrible brakes

I have a traxxas sport pro and at low speeds if I us the brakes they will lock and stop my car. At full speed they bearly slow down the car never mind stopping it. It I apply the brakes at fullspeed it take atleast 200 feet to stop. My dad has a redcat that will stop on a dime at full speed. Is there anyway to fix/ upgrade my brakes?

i dont have that model. hot racing has a break for the jato. dont know it will fit your truck. out side that check at your hobbie shop. if you find a good hobbie shop its worth gold.

you might need to tighten the brake up alittle bit over time it does wear alittle bit and sometimes all you gotta do is turn the screws barrelly a half a turn and it is all good again.
