Traxxas Hollow Pivot Ball Size

By chance would anyone know the diameter of the pivot balls that are used on a lot of the Traxxas 1/10 scale platforms? The ones that come in TRA1942 parts bag...

Traxxas 9683 Steel Hollow Balls

I wanted to have some 6.8mm pivot balls on hand for my 1/8th scale rides. I looked all over for dimensions... so frustrating some manufacturers don't just go ahead and give up the info. I took a chance on them seeing as they are for the Sledge platform and someone was selling them dirt cheap.

They are 9.5mm in length. Half a millimeter shorter than what I already have. That's not a big deal at all as I can just use washer/spacers if needed.

I always need more... balls but price is a factor as well. Search only brought up one Kyosho possible offering in the aluminum type category.

I'm at that point where things are wearing out and I'm replacing parts. I purchased some Tekno pivot balls earlier this month, but instead of the hard coated aluminum ones that come stock on their kits, I purchased their steel ones to compare durability and wear. During the search for best prices, the Traxxas 9683 popped up on the radar and down a rabbit hole I went in trying to figure out the size.
