Oh, They are a great shock for a crawler, most guys i crawl with use the big bore shocks off a tmaxx, i dont have any of those, but you should be able to pick up a set fairly easily.

I have a complete set of traxxas big bore shocks for a tmaxx. REAL NICE shape. but used. Full range of motion, no noticeable bends or leaks that I can find.

PM me an offer or trade. I have a tmaxx short body 3.3 and a 4tec 3.3

I could use a tmaxx tranny, tmaxx steel drive shafts, a traxxas 2.4 radio setup, servo's, what have you got?

Here is a quick picture. I have a bunch of spacers ect that will go w them.

Theres some on ebay lately, not traxxas big bores but 90mm none the less that might do the trick for you. Hobby King has 90mm alum. shocks for the Trooper for under $10 for all four! Stiff, but a quick drill to open up the holes to get the oil moving and they would be good.

If your going on a crawler you need the ones from a Tmaxx, at least thats what everyone is using around here.

a shock is a shock. 90mm, 3.5" gives you better stance on most chassis without having to limit them. If you want a higher stance, the 90mm allows for alittle room to add a rod end mod to it and put you up to 4".
