I have had a hobby of restoring Nitro motors for years. I see a lot of traxxas 3.3 Nitro engines go for different prices?
What are thay worth in good condition used i picked up 2 recently one for 35$ with electric start running muffler and air filter + a tun of parts fuel line fuel filter extra and a engine not the same as the 3.3 its the dirty one and the drawers? Was this a good deal? Had a vedio of it running everything so i know its good?
The other one i got for 40$ shiped Traxxas 3.3 electric start and a few extras all most brand new had full break in done runs as well its the super clean one seen in the pictures.
And what prices can i flip these for after i clean them inside out etc General maintenance? What are thay worth as is? And after i make them look brand new? What are thay worth finished?
More Updates and videos of the restoration soon!

probably get around 50-100$ each, nitro engines are a hard sell because of so many factors being the break in used, how well it was broken in, how much actual life they have on them, and how much life was used, what fuel etc. buying a used nitro engine is really just a complete guess and trusting someone that you don't know and will most likely never talk to again, coupled with some of them just don't last long, whether it be from previous owner, problems with the engine itself, and many more variables. Traxxas definitely charges a premium on their engines, around 220$+and the trade in program them being around 110$ when in reality you could get the dynamite .19 for 110$ and have a longer lasting engine. (unless the 3.3s are the pre-"redesign" piston rod).

that is based off the prices i see on my FB groups, ebay might be a different story, i would check "sold" listings and what a lightly used 3.3 goes for.

If you treat it as an hobby, you will be happy doubling your money, but if you are just going to flip, maybe getting a McDonald's job will make more money.

I love nitro, imnsho nitro should be a love for it hobby not trying to flip for profit
With that said not to brag i have a lot of rc stuff over 45 years collecting and have been selling some stuff as i want to focus mostly on old associated stuff and large scale,

Weeks ago I posted a runner electric start nitro rustler on CL for 150.00 obo or swap and crickets and tumbleweeds, not even pita lowballers,
Only my old rare stuff gets hits,

So dont expect much cha ching on it.
