Hey guys, I havent been around in a while. I need you advice again.

ANYWHO, I got a new 3.3 engine, wasn't running right at all, did all the leak tests and found that the bearings are leaking.

I have the engine compleetly apart. But the bearings are still in it. How do I get em out without messing something up?

I have a set of acer ceramic bearing I want to put in.... how do I do that without messing something up?

Do I want to silicone the new bearings in place?

Thanks guys!!

I am a mechanic, and if this were a real car I would have the hammers swinging away. These litle intricate engines are new to me.

That also works well with a toaster oven. I put mine in the toaster oven until it got to about 300F, then just whacked it on the end of a 2x4 and they pop right out. I then heated the crankcase back up (after cleaning of course), and put the new bearings in the freezer to cool them down. Cold bearings and hot crank case made for easy no swearing installation!

I've done this process 4 or 5 times now and I can honestly say, way easier than using a hammer and screwdriver!
