Yes, it should be pretty simple if we are talking the older clip style body.
You would probably need the adjustable 4x4 body mounts to get it setup for the variances in the body mounting points.
There is a couple different variation of this kit. You should double check the compatibility with the chassis you have.
Something I have been curious about is if the later clipless version can be adapted to 4x4 slash.
That I think might get a bit more tricky. I have not seen any adjustable clipless mounts.
What I am thinking might work, and it's a real maybe, is the clipless mounts for a 4x4 Raptor R might work on an LCG chassis slash and fitting that later model 2wd clipless body to a slash. The Raptor R is LCG chassis but stretched to but I am curious if the in the shorter slash chassis like the 2wd Slash Raptor is based on if the mounts just might line up.
Not sure if the shock towers would be needed like these.
Or simply the body mounts only if they would fit the stock LCG 4x4 shock towers.
My guess is the 4x4 Raptor R shock towers would likely also be needed since these are 2wd only.

That body will work on 2wd and 4wd Slash trucks. You will need a Raptor front bumper as they are different. A year or 2 ago, I put a Raptor body on a 4wd Slash.

Well I don’t have a 2017 version, I do have the 2024, and 2025 Raptor R versions as well as the OG 2010 version.
There is a significant wheelbase difference the slash based Raptor R and a regular slash.
Are you saying there is a wheelbase difference from the 2017 2wd vs the 2010 2wd?
